WHO AM I

My name is Heather Posey VanDyne and I'm the 2020-2023 ALA Kansas Chapter Councilor. I am a former children's librarian turned academic currently working at Fort Hays State University as their Online Learning Librarian.

I've been a part of the Kansas Library Association and the American Library Association since 2017. I've served on the ALA New Members Roundtable and am co-chair of ALA's Spectrum Advisory Committee. I love being able to serve the library community, promoting our skills as service in hope of increasing awareness of all that we do.
